Use of the Trendsgift website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.
Payment:
- Trendsgift accepts PayPal and credit cards. All orders must be paid in full before that will be made (for custom orders) or shipped.
Turnaround Time:
- Trendsgift turnaround time starts the next business day after you place an order. Any order after 5PM Eastern time will be considered to be placed the next day.
- Orders that include sugar scrubs, foot scrubs, foot balms, Popsicle soaps or s’more soaps will have a turnaround time of approximately four days as those products are made fresh.
- All other orders have a two to three business day turn around. Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.
Wholesale:
- Trendsgift offers wholesale to qualifying vendors. If you are interested, please email Trendsgift via [email protected] to discuss terms and conditions.
Returns:
- Due to the nature of bath and body products, all sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact Trendsgift with in three days of receiving your damaged product regarding your order.
Complatins:
- Any complaints about items or the seller should be submitted to our support team. Please email: [email protected]. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact.
Legalities:
- The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner"s state.
Changes in Policy:
- We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
- If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

Shipping Policy
We ship most orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail using the least amount of packaging material possible. You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way.
